Our Athlete of the Week is 17-year-old Sierra Whynot of Liverpool

I would like to nominate my daughter Sierra Whynot as athlete of the week because she has been a dedicated cheerleader since around the age of 5.
Cheerleading is one of the most positive and upbeat sport which often gets under valued in my opinion. I’ve watched her work so hard over the years contributing blood, sweat, tears and lots of glitter to this sport. Sierra and her team recently placed 1st at their first competition of the season and pretty much went undefeated last year.
Sierra has retired her Infinity cheer shoes and bag when she graduated in June.
We are so proud of all of her accomplishments and dedication she has had over the years and can’t wait to see what she does in her next chapter.
