N.B. woman killed in crash in Upper Tantallon

A 47-year-old New Brunswick woman is dead after a crash in Upper Tantallon, Nova Scotia.

RCMP say a vehicle left Highway 103 on Saturday morning and went into the ditch.

The driver and only person in the car died at the scene.

Police have not identified the woman, but have said she is from Dalhousie Junction, New Brunswick.

RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment, fire, and EHS were on the scene.

Highway 103 was closed for several hours, as the investigation was ongoing.

It has now reopened.
