2023 Kings County shooting ruled a homicide

A shooting in Kings County has been ruled a homicide.

A 30-year-old man was found with gunshot wounds in March of last year on a driveway in Kingston.

Four people were arrested that night, but all were later released without charges.

The victim died in hospital on September 30 of this year, and his death has been ruled a homicide.

The Southwest Nova RCMP Major Crime Unit is now leading the investigation.

Persons of interest have been identified, and they believe the man was targeted.
