Halifax Regional Police Chief Dan Kinsella, condemns the officers who committed the brutal beating of Tyre Nichols of Memphis.
In a statement today, Kinsella says it is heartbreaking to know the officers who took an oath to serve and protect, inflicted horrendous pain on Nichols.
Tyre Nichols was brutally beaten in the United States during a traffic stop on January 7, he died three days later.
