Body pulled out of vehicle in LaHave River

A body has been recovered from a vehicle submerged in the LaHave River.

The vehicle was first reported near the former Port of Bridgewater on Sunday morning.

At this point in the investigation, police are unable to provide additional information or speculate on the cause of death.

An autopsy will now be performed.

Recovery teams spent most of the day at the site, including a dive team.
