Canada Post has resumed normal delivery operations after being disrupted by the wildfires.
Mail delivery service is bac to normal in Barrington Passage, Clarks Harbour, Lockeport and McGray. They have also added mail pick-up locations for customers in both Clyde River and Port Clyde, and the location for Dartmouth has changed.
The current mail pick up locations are as follows.
- Barrington: Barrington Post Office, 2398 Highway 3, Barrington
- Clyde River : Barrington Post Office, 2398 Highway 3, Barrington
- Dartmouth: Lawton’s Pharmacy, 965 Bedford Highway, Bedford
- Port Clyde: Barrington Post Office, 2398 Highway 3, Barrington
- Shelburne: Shelburne Post Office, 162 Mowatt Street, Shelburne
- Tantallon: Tantallon Post Office, 12724 Peggy’s Cove Road, Tantallon
