Twenty hockey players will represent Atlantic Canada at the 2023 National Women’s U18 Championship.
Six of them are from Nova Scotia.
They hail from Truro, Windsor, Fall River, Clark’s Harbour, Antigonish and New Glasgow.
The team roster was finalized following a summer camp at St. FX last month that brought 46 players together to showcase their skills.
“Last month’s summer camp was a great development opportunity for players from across the region and we are really proud of the efforts that we saw on and off the ice throughout the week,” said Team Atlantic general manager Kori Cheverie.
The national event is to take place in November in Dawson Creek, BC in Lake Placid.
