Chester man arrested after causing domestic disturbance

A man was arrested after a disturbance in East Chester.

RCMP say it was Wednesday, around 5:10pm when the unwanted 28-year-old was causing a disturbance at a home on Stevens Rd.

They say the suspect put up a bit of a fight and threated an officer and their family multiple times before being arrested.

He has been released on conditions and will appear in court November 15 facing several charges including:

Assaulting a Police Officer, Uttering Threats (2 counts) and Resisting Arrest. He will appear in Bridgewater Provincial Court

The officer and the man both suffered minor injuries.
