Dumping day will not happen Friday in Lobster Fishing Area 34, but Saturday is looking promising.
According to the Coldwater Lobster Association. port representatives said a Friday start was a no-go Thursday morning after their 5th pre-season weather call.
Saturday however is a tentative ‘Go’ with a favourable marine weather forecast for fishers to set their gear.
Port reps will decide Friday morning.
