It took a three hole playoff at the end, but Chester’s Mark Chandler won his first COBRA PUMA Junior Boys Golf Championship.
Chandler finished with a three-day total of 224 after firing a final round 78.
The 17-year old went wire-to-wire after parring the final playoff hole to defeat Owen Mullen from Truro.
Chandler will represent Nova Scotia in the Canadian Junior Boys Championship at the Covered Bridge Golf Club in Hartlen, New Brunswick from Aug 12-15.
