This weekend we return to Atlantic Standard Time (AST) after living on Daylight Savings Time (ADT). This is the “good” clock change as we gain an hour of sleep Saturday night/Sunday morning. Some would argue that we should leave the clocks alone and not change them at all. Seems science agrees with that idea, our bodies never really adjust.
