Best Way To Keep EVERYONE Safe, STAY HOME!

So what is it like to have a positive test result come back for CoVid-19?
This is something we all hope we never know first hand, but for one Nova Scotian he had it happen.
Mark Zinck, originally from Lunenburg County, now living in New York, had his test came back positive for CoVid-19. This was after only working near someone without symptoms for a short time. Now his 14 day quarantine time is up and he is back to work.
This is a great example of why we all need to “Stay The Blazes Home”!!!

  1. Mark Zinck – CoVid 19

Ever since we started hearing about CoVid-19, I have been curious about how long the virus can live on a surface. Well, we finally have some answers around that too. Our latest office communication included this information:

The Lancet Medical Journal recently published information on the results of a research study which
investigated the survival length of the COVID19 virus on various surfaces, in a controlled
environment with a temperature of 71 degrees and controlled humidity. In that environment, here is the list of the survival times for the COVID19 virus on different surfaces, as identified during that research:

a. Paper 3 hours
b. Cardboard 1 day
c. Cloth 2 days
d. Wood 2 days
e. Plastic 3 days
f. Steel 3 days
g. Exterior of face mask 7 days

Please Stay Safe.
