Spring is springing and as we get into the long weekend, some people (like my wife is telling me) are looking at doing some “spring cleaning”.
Now if I tell you it’s good for you, I know what you will be thinking… “yes clean is good, nothing new”. But that is not what I mean, all aspects of health and life can be better when things are clean, even your love life.
