In Lieu Of A Loo… On The Road And No Place To GO

Yesterday we took a drive along the ocean just to breathe some salt air. The conversation came up about roadtrips and restroom stops. What do you do?
Last week I was at the gas station when a woman came in looking to use their washroom that happened to be out of order. She was very vocal that there were no facilities available as she traveled from Halifax, since so many things are closed, or only open partially. I know things are getting better now that restaurants are starting to reopen, but still, there is a lot more limited access.
I remember on one trip across northern Ontario, bought a $12 sandwich from a cafe in the middle of nowhere, just to be able to use their washroom.
Now with CoVid-19, aside from availability, the other big concern even more than before is cleanliness. What should you be concerned about?
