Let’s Talk Mental Health

I don’t know anyone that would not agree the past 12 months have been a challenge. Most of us have had to deal with new safety protocols and developing new cleaning habits at work, not to mention learning new technologies needed for a socially distanced world. For some the pandemic has forced them to have to work from home, isolated from their co-workers/friends. Then there are others that have found themselves laid off and are not only dealing with the same concerns we all have around staying healthy, but are also concerned about paying bills and finding employment. I know there are some folks that have been extra busy in their occupations, but even that can cause extra stress.
Whatever the situation, the feeling of being overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn can be very real emotions. So what should you do? Here are some good tips that might help:

The Best way I can think of to wrap up this post is with a song from some guys that have been keeping us entertained throughout the past year. The Stanfields have been having some musical fun during CoVid times. Not only with their tune “Stay The Blazes Home“, but they also dove into the mental health theme with this tune. I know you are going to love this video too. Keep smilin gang and today Let’s Talk.
