This weekend I was fencing and and realized that due to the recent changes in the cost of lumber, this fence that I always considered the weakest, is now technically the most valuable, haha.
Have you been affected by rise in lumber cost? Talking with some friends in the construction world, increased costs is not the only problem caused by the pandemic. Supplies of things like electrical wire have been affected as well and they are having problems finding some needed materials.
Some forecasts sound promising with costs coming down later this year, fingers crossed that will happen.
