Today could become a delicious celebration. You might even want to extend it into the weekend. It’s Hamburger Day!!
Originally created in Germany, the city of “Hamburg” is where the name came from, today beef is not the only option for a burger. We find everything from chicken and fish, to buffalo and emu between our buns to create modern day burgers.
Some will argue that the meat is not the most important part of the burger, it’s the toppings. Not surprised that cheese is the most popular topping followed by onions and ketchup.
