Since today is listed as “Stress Awareness Day“, seems like a good time to look at the suggested ways to deal with stress and give you something to take your mind off of it.
I doubt there are many that can say they have not felt any stress, or been in a stressful situation during their life, especially over the past couple years. So if we look at how to deal with stress, here are some suggestions.
Mental Health – Coping With Stress
My favorite suggestion in that article is “Take your mind off your problems. By reading, taking up a hobby or becoming involved in sports, you can give yourself a `mental holiday’ from stress. ”

The way I look at it is we just need to try to smile, at least for a little bit, each day.
