Get Ready For The Snow Drive

Remembrance Day has wrapped up and the “storm” that was rumored to hit November 11th did not happen, or did it?
We had some clouds in a sunny sky here, but there was snow in Nova Scotia on Nov. 11 according to posts on social media.

So maybe we dodged the snow for now, but it will be coming, eventually. According to the Farmers Almanac, we won’t get much in this area before Christmas, if any at all.

No matter what the conditions are, be careful and drive safe. Now when the white stuff does fall, will you, and more importantly your car be ready?
I have a link with prep tips for your car when it comes to winter driving, but personally I think of it as S.T.C., haha. SIGHT, make sure your wipers work and the washer fluid is topped up. TRACTION, you need good winter tires to be able to get where you are going, and to stay on the road as you do. CALM, regardless of what is happening, from feeling your car slip a bit to getting stuck, remain calm and prevent making the situation worse.
