Here we are ready to say goodbye to June and the temperatures feeling like they are close to 30 degrees. That used to be a rare thing to see temperatures in the high 20’s, but now it seems to be the new norm. I am not going to get into climate change, or Earth cycles, but let’s look at how to survive the new hotter normal.
I always hated that I am a sweater. I know it is just the way it is and no matter how much I stick my tongue out and imitate the golden retriever I grew up with, it doesn’t help to cool me down, haha.
