Annapolis District RCMP are investigating after a home was allegedly damaged by fireworks on Halloween Night.
RCMP Public Information Officer, Corporal Chris Marshall said RCMP and the Springfield Fire Department were called to the scene on Highway 10 in Springfield just before 8p.m.
“Basically the side of the house was smoldering after it was believed that someone shot fireworks at the house,” explained Marshall. “The homeowner in the case believes that someone fired fireworks at their house and that’s the premise we are operating under, but right now we haven’t confirmed that.”
Marshall added that there were no injuries and minimal damage was done to the home.
RCMP continue to investigate and search for suspects.
