A 44-year-old Lunenburg county man has died after his ATV struck a power pole.
At around 8:15 Thursday night, Lunenburg District RCMP, fire and EHS responded to the call of a collision in Cookeville.
The man had been travelling on Pine Grove Road when he lost control and struck the pole.
A collision reconstructionist attended; police say the investigation is ongoing.
The Road was closed for several hours, but has since reopened.
The investigation is being assisted by the Nova Scotia Medical Examiner’s Office.
