Halifax police have arrested two men in relation to the suspicious disappearance of Devon Sinclair Marsman.
The 16-year-old was last seen in Spryfield in February 2022.
Police will hold a news conference on Tuesday after the charges are sworn in court, according to a news release.
It will be broadcast live at 11:30 a.m. on the Halifax Regional Police Facebook page.
His case was added to the Rewards for Major Unsolved Crimes group of cases through the provincial government, which offers up to $150,000 for information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
