Its another record for Chelsea Whalen of Liverpool. At the 86th annual Texas relays in Austin over the weekend, Whalen posted a new outdoor personal-best and new Nova Scotia senior woman’s provincial record in the shot-put. Her throw was 15.68m. She beat her previous mark of 15.59m, set in mid-March at the University of South Florida.
