Justin Trudeau’s first stop will be in Halifax to meet with firefighters, and attend a first responder appreciation event.
He’ll be joined by Emergency Preparedness Minister Bill Blair.
The two will then meet with residents’ association reps before taking off to Antigonish.
A closed-door discussion with Premier Tim Houston will happen before 5 p.m.
Trudeau will deliver remarks at the Atlantic Economic Forum tonight.
