Highway 103 between Exits 10 and 11 was shutdown most of Monday after a serious collision involving 2 vehicles.
Cpl. Guillaume Tremblay says the occupants sustained serious injuries but could not provide details on how many people were involved.
The closure was in place until about 8:30 p.m.
RCMP continue to investigate.
