A woman from New Waterford has been charged with attempted murder in New Glasgow.
Police say a 35-year old woman was stabbed while travelling in a vehicle in Little Harbour on Tuesday night.
She suffered serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
The 23-year old suspect fled, and a man who was in the vehicle with them drove the victim to hospital.
New Glasgow Regional Police later arrested the suspect.
She remains in custody and will appear in court next week.
