Admin professionals in healthcare reach tentative deal with province

Administrative professionals in the healthcare sector have reached a deal on a new collective bargaining agreement with the province.

A release from the bargaining committee representing the workers says the 2 sides were at the table until midnight last night.

They say they were able to achieve the best possible agreement without taking strike action.

Details of the agreement have not been released.

Ratification votes will be held over the next few days.
