No charges for an RCMP officer who was accused of an indecent act and sexual assault.
The province’s Serious Incident Response Team (SiRT) says after investigating, the officer has been cleared.
The Truro Police Service was contacted after receiving a complaint about the alleged incidents on February 28, 2023.
The officer was off duty at the time.
