Johnson sentencing pushed to early November

Terry Johnson who has pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of Kenneth Savoury who was run over by a truck operated by Johnson in 2021 was scheduled to be sentenced on October 25, however, Justice Patrick Duncan has moved the date back to November 3.

Justice Duncan cited unforeseen scheduling conflicts as the reason for the move.

Johnson is now scheduled to appear in Bridgewater Provincial Court on November 3, at 1:30 p.m.
