Update: Highway 103 reopened between Exit 10 and 11 after colision

Update: 3:14 p.m.

RCMP Communications Officer Guillaume Tremblay confirmed that the highway has reopened, and there were no injuries from the two-vehicle colision.

RCMP have closed Highway 103 between Blockhouse and Mahone Bay as emergency crews attend to the scene of a two-vehicle collision.

Reports indicate that two vehicles were involved in a collision but no further details have been made available at this time.

No timetable was provided as to when the highway will be reopened but RCMP will share that information as it becomes known.

For now motorists are being detoured through Mahone Bay and Blockhouse through Trunk 3 and Highway 325.
