A Truro Heights man has been arrested for child pornography for the second time.
RCMP say officials searched a home yesterday after being notified by law enforcement in the US as well as a social media platorm that the man was communicating online for a sexual purpose.
The 49-year-old suspect is facing several charges:
- Possession of Child Pornography
- Transmitting Child Pornography
- Luring a Child
- Making Sexually Explicit Material Available to a Child
- Agreement to Commit an Offence Against a Child
- Failure to Comply with Prohibition Order
He remains in custody and will return to court in January.
