15-25cm coming to mainland Nova Scotia, Sunday and Monday: Environment Canada

Get your shovels and snowblowers ready.

Environment Canada is calling for somewhere between 15 and 25 cm for mainland Nova Scotia including Antigonish and Guysborough counties, Sunday afternoon into late Monday.

It’s also going to be windy.

The forecaster says gusts will be 40 to 60km/h, possibly even higher along the Atlantic Coast.

They say at this point there is still some uncertainty on the track of the storm, but western areas will probably have the highest snowfall amounts.
