Eagles look for commanding lead in Chicoutimi

The Cape Breton Eagles can go up big in their second round playoff series.

They visit Chicoutimi looking for a 3-0 series lead Tuesday night.

The Eagles have been red-hot, winning 15 of their last 16 games.

That includes back-to-back shut-out victories to open the series over the weekend at Centre 200.

Game 4 goes Wednesday night, if necessary Game 5 would be played Friday night in Chicoutimi.

The Eagles had sold-out crowds in Sydney for the first two games of the series.

It’s their first appearance in the second round since 2019.
