A dead person was found in Sydney Thursday evening.
A person walking in a wooded area near Terminal Road when they noticed the body, according to a news release from Cape Breton Regional police Service.
Police say there is no reason to suspect foul play was was a factor in the death.
The Medical Examiner’s Office is going to confirm the person’s identity and cause of death, the release says.
