An Amherst man is facing sex charges against a child.
RCMP say law officials searched a home Tuesday after investigators received a notification from the National Child Exploitation Crime Centre in December 2023, directing them to the home.
The 36-year-old has been charged with Luring a Child and Making Sexually Explicit Material available to a Child.
He has been released on conditions and will appear in court August 26.
