Province warns of Portuguese man o’ war sightings

Portuguese man o’war are popping up again.

The jellyfish-looking animals have been sighted on some beaches, according to the province.

They say Lawrencetown Beach is one of the areas they’ve been spotted.

You shouldn’t touch or go near them, and you’re urged to keep pets and children away.

Its sting can be painful and hazardous.
