The Charlie’s Pizza South Shore Mustangs and O’Regan’s Subaru Western Hurricanes failed to advance to the round of 16 playoffs at the East Coast Ice Jam tournament.
Josh Manzer scored the lone goal as the Mustangs lost 3-1 to the Kensington Wild to finish with no wins, two losses and a tie.
Meanwhile, the Hurricanes lost 4-2 to the Moncton Hawks.
Brendan Amiro and Ben Charles scored as the Hurricanes ended the round robin with a win and two losses.
