N.S. athletes to compete in Day 4 of Olympics

It will be a big day for local athletes at the Paris Olympic Games.

Two sisters from Chester will compete bright and early Tuesday morning.

Antonia and Georgia Lewin-LaFrance will kick things off at 7 a.m. in their sailing competition.

Then, Tuesday afternoon, Halifax’s Ellie Black and her crew will be going for gold at 1:15 p.m., in the artistic gymnastics final.

The 28-year-old is now a four time Olympian.

Boxer, Wyatt Sanford from Kennetcook won his first fight Monday and will compete again Thursday.

Canada has five medals so far; two gold, one silver and two bronze.
