Bubbles of Trailer Park Boys opens his first art exhibit in Halifax

Mike Smith, also known as Bubbles, has opened his first art gallery.

The famous Trailer Park Boys actor is showing off a series of cat paintings, including the likes of Chris Catfield, Bing Clawsby and Pawd Lewis.

Many of the cats in his paintings appeared on the TV show over the years.

Smith hopes to donate some money from the exhibit, called Standing On The Shoulders Of Kitties, to the Bide Awhile animal shelter in Dartmouth.

It is open at the Katzman Art Projects gallery in Halifax until Saturday.

Check out some paintings from the gallery here.
