A teacher facing sex charges in Tatamagouche is back in custody after breaching her conditions.
The 36-year-old allegedly contacted a youth victim and was arrested again last week, according to Colchester County RCMP.
She will appear in court Wednesday in Truro.
The teacher also breached her conditions in August, but was released again on conditions after a court appearance.
It’s alleged that between May and June of this year, she sexually assaulted a student and sent explicit photographs to that student, and at least one other.
