Barrington’s Lobster Trap Tree ready to be lit

A holiday tradition in Barrington is celebrating 15 years.

The Lobster Trap Christmas tree will be lit tonight near the Cape Sable Island Causeway.

It starts at 6 p.m on McGray Avenue along the waterfront.

There will be music and Santa is scheduled to make an appearance.

Fireworks will be shot-off after the trap tree is lit.

The municipality asks drivers to be cautious in the area.
