N.S.H. pauses text message appt. reminders

Nova Scotia Health’s text message appointment reminder service is temporarily on hold.

According to Wednesday’s NSH release, some patients had incorrect times in their reminders on Tuesday.

The pause affects reminders for appointments at Nova Scotia Health and IWK services plus some specialists.

The health authority is working on the issue.

Meanwhile, you can still get upcoming appointment information through the YourHealthNS app and website.
