Slick roads and bad weather across the province will have some students staying home on Tuesday.
All schools in the South Shore Regional Centre for Education will be closed today.
All Tri-County Regional Centre for Education schools will be closed as well.
Most schools in the Strait Regional Centre for Education will open two hours late, except a few that are totally closed, including Pleasant Bay School, Cape Breton Highlands Education Centre/Academy, and the Inverness Education Centre/Academy.
Two other regions will have schools open two hours late, both the Chignecto Central Regional Centre for Education and the Annapolis Valley Regional Centre for Education.
Several Conseil scolaire acadien provincial schools are closed as well, and some are delayed opening for two hours. Check out a full list here.
Schools in the Halifax region are open as normal.
