Gas prices set to drop at midnight through interrupter clause

You might want to wait until the morning commute to fill up on gas.

The province invoking its interrupter clause on both gas and diesel prices at midnight.

Reports say the price of gas is set to fall 6 cents, while diesel is expected to drop over 11 cents a litre.

The interrupter clause is invoked when there are significant market shifts in fuel prices.

New Brunswick used their interrupter clause on Friday night, with big drops in both gas and diesel.
