Lunenburg and Queens counties are under a severe thunderstorm watch.
Environment Canada issued the watch just after noon Friday.
They say multiple rounds of thunderstorms are in the forecast for the afternoon.
Up to 25 millimetres of rain could fall, along with small hail.
