Cape Breton couple found guilty for sexually assaulting a minor will be sentenced on Thursday.
Daryl and Shelley Digout were found guilty in February of sexual assault, interference, and exploitation.
In May, the prosecutor recommended they serve seven years in federal prison.
Last month, the Digouts tried to appeal the verdict, saying their right to a timely trial was violated.
But a judge denied the appeal and a sentencing date was set for Thursday.
