Big Brothers Big Sisters of the South Shore are betting you’ll have a good time at their Casino night.
They’ve provided an evening of finger foods, gambling and dancing to raise money to support their work with area youth.
The annual event is being held on Saturday the 21 at the Best Western in Cookville.
Executive Director Vanessa Mossop says they’d love to get people to commit early.
“Your ticket does get you $100 worth of chips. However, if you call before the 13th you’ll get $200 worth of chips for the night.”
Mossop says while you won’t win cash, you can still walk a way a big winner.
“So the chips are just play money, however, for the chips that you do win at the end of the night, you can enter them all for prizes. We will be drawing for prizes afterwards.”
Mossop says the event is open to everyone but often large groups like to play together.
