Sick of the high price of produce?
Corey MacDonnell believes he has a good solution…grow it yourself.
He’s one of the organizers of Seedy Saturday.
An event where people can learn about gardening, with thousands of different seeds to get started.
MacDonnell says there’s a big disconnect between people and what they eat.
“At least get the ball rolling,” he says, ” and once you start eating your food, or seeing that you can actually do it, it just snowballs from there.”
This is the 10th year for Seedy Saturday.
It will take place at the MARC on February 20th.
