Chester’s Mary Fay and team Canada have advanced to the mixed curling semi-finals at the Youth Winter Olympics.
The Canadians scored a decisive 10-2 win over Turkey in this morning’s quarter-final from Lillehammer, Norway.
Canada scored five in the second end and another three in the sixth end to close out the match.
The Canadian team will play Switzerland this afternoon.
A win would guarantee a medal for the Canadians.
